The disk containing a copy of all the files from the damaged disk arrived yesterday, Thursday. It seems to have all the files and I have restored them onto the current internal HDD.

Although, the cost was high, recovery was necessary and Disk Doctors comes highly recommended by my clients. The service was great and I thank you for handling this in such a professional manner.
