USB device not recognized

I have a USB device which was working fine but recently a pop up message appeared on the screen saying USB device not recognized. I have also tried running it on other PCs as well but still got the same issue. Additionally I uninstalled and again installed it on the device manger but it's of no use. So, what else I can do?

You need to follow these instructions carefully;

  1. Click Start and select Control Panel.
  2. Click on System and select Hardware tab
  3. Now, go to Device Manager and scroll it down until you see USB Root Hub
  4. Make a right-click on it and select Properties
  5. Go to Power Management tab and uncheck the option allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
  6. Now retry running your USB device. Probably it will work properly now.

But still if it persists then you must contact a USB recovery firm or you may call us at 1.800.347.5377 for more solutions.
