How to Recover a Lost Partition?

Recently one of my drive partitions got disappeared suddenly then I went online and posted threads on different data recovery forums but no one told me about how to recover a lost partition. Anyhow, it was a 250 GB hard disk drive partitioned into two halves. Windows 7 was installed on the partition named as drive C and the second partition was named as drive D. The disappeared partition is drive D. Moreover, when I open My Computer , it only displays drive C (123 GB). Please help me to know about getting back the missing partition without losing data, as I haven't got any reply from anyone.

Here, you need to check the partitions in the Disk Management portion.

1. Click Start.
2. Type Computer in the search box.
3. Then, go to Disk Management.
4. In the Storage Section, select Disk Management.
