I authorize Disk Doctor Labs, Inc. (DDLI) to break the seals, if necessary, in order to analyze the received device(s). During the analysis and the recovery process, the device(s) may be transported between DDLI's labs. The initial evaluation is FREE with certain exceptions and NO work beyond this evaluation will be charged without explicit client approval. No Recovery - No Charge with certain exceptions. DDLI is not responsible for any damage to the equipment in the shipping process to and from the customer or between DDLI's labs, nor during the data recovery process. DDLI is not responsible for any equipment left after 30 days. DDLI will not perform any work without the customer's direct approval of the quote after the initial analysis. DDLI guarantees the strict privacy and confidentiality of all the data and agrees not to disclose any and all information or data files supplied with, stored on, or recovered from client equipment/media except to employees or technicians of DDLI subject to confidentiality agreements or as required by law. In no event will DDLI be liable for any loss of data or loss of revenue or profits before, during or after services even if DDLI has been advised of the possibility of damages or loss to persons or property. DDLI liability of any kind with respect to the services, including any negligence on its part, shall be limited to the contract price for the services. Full payment of the approved charges is due upon job completion, unless arranged otherwise.
