What do you do when a power surge destroys your hard drive and you loose hundreds

RAID configuration it is cleared that disks are ok but volume got failed. I also have an option to recover the volume. When I select to recover the volume, it reboots and recovers in the OS after boot up. After all I get an error message that windows is unable to boot as it has lost a file. What is the problem is Disk test ‘Good’, and RAID 5 volume failed.
